Safe transport as standard
Our animals travel in purpose-made transport boxes with proper ventilation and temperature control, in line with animal welfare requirements. We work exclusively with certified live animal couriers.
We will also let you know the exact dispatch date so that you can receive your animal calmly and without stress.
After arrival
All animals leave us healthy and feeding well. Move your animal calmly into its prepared vivarium and give it a few days to settle in.
If something has gone wrong
If there has been a problem with your live animal delivery, please send us a message with your order number and a short description. We will then look into it individually for you.
