# Where is my order? Tracking your parcel

## Find your tracking number and follow your parcel

### Finding your tracking number

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email containing your tracking number. You can use it to follow your parcel on the courier's website (usually DPD).

No dispatch confirmation? Check your spam folder first – it occasionally ends up there.

### No dispatch confirmation yet?

Then your order is most likely still being processed. Please note: wooden vivariums and vivariums from starter kits are dispatched separately by the manufacturer and may arrive a few days after the accessories.

If you are unsure, just send us a quick message with your order number and we will tell you exactly where your order stands.
