Our animals are screened regularly
We work on the basis that our animals are parasite-free and have this checked regularly. Even so, it can happen – exactly as it can with cats and dogs.
What we need from you

- A photo of the animal concerned
Most parasites are harmless and straightforward to treat, and that is best done by us or through us.
As a general principle: an animal that is causing problems, or that you are not completely happy with, can and should come back to us. We cannot accept liability for treatment by third parties or the vet costs arising from it.
