14 days to change your mind – how it works

You can withdraw from your purchase

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period begins on the day you (or a person nominated by you) received the goods. You do not need to give a reason.

How to withdraw

  1. Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw – for example by email to info@ms-reptilien.de or by post.
  2. Quote your order number so that we can match your request to your order.
  3. Return the goods to us within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Refunds

Following your withdrawal we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice reaches us.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For bulky items that cannot be sent as a standard parcel (large vivariums, for example), this is typically between 30 and 110 euros.

Important: live animals
