Finding your tracking number

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email containing your tracking number. You can use it to follow your parcel on the courier's website (usually DPD).

Then your order is most likely still being processed. Please note: wooden vivariums and vivariums from starter kits are dispatched separately by the manufacturer and may arrive a few days after the accessories.
