Order a replacement with your original order number
Order a replacement document in the shop
Have you lost the proof of origin for an animal you bought from us? There is a simple solution:
- Order the item Proof of origin (only for animals purchased from M&S) through the online shop as normal.
- Enter your original order number in the comments field at the end of the checkout.
- We will issue the new documents and send them to you as quickly as possible.
This applies exclusively to animals purchased from M&S Reptilien – we cannot issue proof of origin for animals from other sources.
