How to reserve
- Order the animal you want through the online shop as normal.
- We will call you and agree a delivery date with you.
How long can an animal be held?
We can reserve an animal for you for up to around 4–5 weeks. In that case we will need a deposit.
A reservation with a deposit is binding, and the deposit cannot be refunded.
