We only send out animals that are, to the best of our knowledge, in perfect condition – every animal is selected personally by the owner.
If an animal does not meet your expectations on arrival, or does not appear healthy, please report it the same day by phone on +49 7425 31447. The owner will then deal with it personally.
Once the animals have arrived, we cannot accept further liability (see our terms and conditions). After that point, many factors come into play that are outside our control – husbandry conditions, mixing with other animals or insecticides in the environment, for example.
