How to return an item

Registering your return

1. Get in touch quoting your order number, a brief reason and what you would like (exchange, replacement or refund).
2. We will email you a returns label.
3. Pack the item securely and completely.

What to put in the parcel

Please enclose a note with:

• your name
• your order number
• a brief description of the problem
• your preferred outcome (exchange, replacement or refund)

What happens next

Once your return reaches us, we will inspect the item and get back to you with a solution.
